World's Tallest Man Marries

Bao Xishun, the world's tallest man famous by his heroic act from removing plastic in a dolphin's stomach has married a woman two-thirds his height.

After a long and careful selection, the effort has been finally paid off. He married for a saleswoman Xia Shujian several days ago. The pair got hitched several days ago after he sent marriage advertisements all around the world.

Bao Xishun's 28-year-old bride is half his age and hailed from his hometown of Chifeng even though marriage advertisements were sent around the world.

Bao was confirmed last year by the Guinness Book of World Records as the world's tallest person, causing him to become a star overnight.

He gained international attention last December when he was credited with saving the lives of two dolphins that got sick after swallowing some plastic at an ocean aquarium in northeast China.
